Shel Silverstein's Warning About AI

A black-and-white cartoon shows a child looking disappointedly at a large, complex machine labeled 'HOMEWORK MACHINE'. The child is holding a piece of paper and appears to be interacting with the machine. The machine has gears and levers. Text on the left side of the image is a poem describing the machine's supposed function, which is to solve math problems, but the example given shows it incorrectly solving 'nine plus four' as 'three'. The child's reaction is one of disbelief. The poem is attributed to Shel Silverstein. The image also includes a small note at the bottom left encouraging readers to 'Read more poems in A Light in the Attic by Shel Silverstein!'
