Using meme.am
You may use meme.am only lawfully and in line with these terms and our Community Guidelines. Do not disrupt the service, evade access controls, automate abusive activity, misrepresent identity, or use the site to harm others.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You confirm that you have the permissions needed to post it and grant meme.am a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical presentation, distribute, and display it for operating and promoting the service. You can ask us to remove your content, subject to lawful retention needs.
Moderation and accounts
We may review, label, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend accounts to enforce rules, address risk, or comply with law. We do not promise to review every post and do not endorse user content.
Service and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features and availability may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
