Caught in a Moment of Shock and Fear

A man in a Starfleet uniform with a red shirt and captain's insignia is gesturing forward with his right hand while speaking. The text overlaid on the image reads 'IN NAME OF ALL NON-AMERICANS' at the top and 'AMERICA SINCERELY W.T.F?' at the bottom. In the background, another person in a yellow Starfleet uniform is visible, slightly out of focus. The image is from the TV show Star Trek: The Next Generation.
