What does this reveal about our true selves?

A four-panel comic strip featuring a crab named Herm and a fish. In the first panel, Herm tells the fish he's deleting his account and moving to BlueSea while standing next to a yellow 'TETRA' sub for sale. In the second panel, the fish asks if Herm and his wife are selling their Tetra subs, to which Herm replies they're getting rid of anything associated with 'Eel-on Mollusk' and buying another brand. In the third panel, the fish questions the Nazi salute gesture, and Herm responds that his grandfather fought Nazis, making selling subs and changing social media seem trivial.
