Alien: Romulus - A comparison of Rook's updated VFX versus the theatrical version as confirmed by Fede Álvarez

A man with a severely damaged torso, wearing a torn shirt, sits in a futuristic cockpit with glowing control panels. His abdomen is visibly exposed and appears to be melting or dissolving, with a translucent, gelatinous substance oozing out. The background shows a dimly lit, high-tech interior with distant city lights visible through a window. The frame is split, with the top half showing the man's upper body and the bottom half showing his lower body and the cockpit controls.
