Meet 24-Year-Old Craig McCracken, the Genius Behind The Powerpuff Girls (1995)

A young man with dark, wavy hair sits at a cluttered desk in what appears to be a record store or office, looking up and to his right with a surprised or startled expression. Behind him, shelves are filled with stacks of vinyl records and other items, and a circular light fixture is mounted on the desk. The image has a grainy, low-resolution quality typical of older video footage.
