Popeye as Interpreted by Jeff Koons at Centre Pompidou, Paris

A shiny, multi-colored statue of a cartoon character resembling Mickey Mouse, with metallic purple torso, blue pants, and orange shoes, is shown in a museum-like setting. The character is holding a golden object to its ear as if listening, and has a large, circular, gear-like design on its chest. Overlaid text reads 'i'm not a fan of the new design'.
