Tragic News: Another School Shooting in Wisconsin

The image is a three-panel meme using The Simpsons. The top panel shows Bart Simpson and classmates excitedly shouting 'SAY THE LINE, THE ONION!' at a teacher. The middle panel shows a green onion logo replacing the teacher's face with the text 'NO WAY TO PREVENT THIS, SAYS ONLY COUNTRY WHERE THIS REGULARLY HAPPENS'. The bottom panel shows Bart alone in a classroom with blood splatters on desks and a police officer holding a coffee cup. The joke is that The Onion, a satirical news outlet, is being humorously portrayed as a real, violent threat in a fictional country, referencing its reputation for outrageous headlines.
