Meet Oswald the Octopus: The Underwater Wonder

A sequence of six frames shows a blue octopus character and a penguin in a room with a bookshelf. The octopus starts with a sad expression, then gradually grows more arms and becomes increasingly excited and happy, while the penguin remains stoic and unimpressed. The octopus's arms multiply and it eventually has many arms, while the penguin stays the same. The octopus is smiling broadly in the final frames, and the penguin is looking away. The text overlay reads 'i'm not a penguin, i'm a penguin'.
