Who could have possibly predicted this twist?

A screenshot of a tweet by Aaron Rupar shows a video clip of Elon Musk at a podium with a blue starry backdrop, appearing to give a speech. The video overlay includes CNN news graphics that read 'TRUMP INAUGURATION PARADE MOVED INDOORS DUE TO COLD' and 'Elon Musk | Department of Government Efficiency'. The tweet includes the word 'um' above the video and the text 'just want to say thank you for' is overlaid on the video itself. The image is framed as a social media post with engagement metrics.
