A sculpture depicts a muscular arm holding a large glass bottle, which is inverted and has a human face molded into its base. The face appears to be drinking from the bottle's opening, with liquid visibly pouring from the bottle's neck down the arm. The sculpture is mounted on a wooden pedestal against a textured wall.
