A store sign warns shoplifters that all items are marked at $951, with non-criminal discounts for paying customers, and threatens prosecution under California's grand theft law. The sign is mounted on a green-framed window, with store merchandise visible in the background. The text is bold and black on a white background with a black border, designed to look like a formal warning.
