The image is a two-panel meme featuring actor Ice-T in a military-style hat with a serious, disapproving expression in the top panel, and a blurry version of him alongside Sylvester Stallone's character from 'Rambo' in the bottom panel. The top text reads 'WHEN SOMEONE'S SPENDING THEIR ENTIRE PAYCHECK BUYING SCRATCH-OFFS' and the bottom text reads 'WHILE I'M WAITING TO BUY A DAMN BIG GULP AND GET BACK ON THE ROAD.'
