The image is a two-panel meme from 'The Lord of the Rings' featuring Frodo and Sam. In the top panel, Frodo looks downcast and asks Sam, 'What are we holding on to, Sam?'. In the bottom panel, Sam, holding a lit firework or similar object, replies, 'it's called a Molotov cocktail and you're gonna want to throw it fast'.
