Believe it or not, Grandma really did get run over by a reindeer!

A deer stands in the middle of a wet road during what appears to be a community event or race, as people in rain gear react with surprise and some fall to the ground. The deer is facing the camera, and several people are scattered around it, some on the ground, others reacting. The background shows houses and trees under an overcast sky. The overlaid text reads 'deer in the road'.
