Health insurance companies are like parasites feeding off the system

A screenshot of a text conversation where one person recounts how their health insurance provider, BCBS, terminated coverage for an entire company without notice, forcing employees to pay out of pocket for prescriptions. The other person responds with shock. The final message is a meme image of Luigi from Mario games with the text 'It's Luigi time!' overlaid, implying the situation is so bad it's time to 'call in the backup' or 'get the backup plan' — a reference to Luigi being Mario's less confident, more anxious brother. The meme uses Luigi's cheerful, triumphant pose to contrast the stressful real-world situation.
