Get Ready for a Pokémon Halloween in 2024!

A hand-drawn cartoon depicts a purple, spiky monster with a terrified expression, crying and hiding behind a large mirror. In the mirror, a blue, devilish creature with red horns and a mischievous grin is laughing and waving. The room is decorated with spooky elements including a chandelier with a skull, a framed picture of silhouetted figures, a ghost statue on a dresser with skull handles, and a small round mirror. The artist's signature 'RUFFY X RAFAEL' is at the bottom right. The overlaid text reads 'i'm not scared of you, i'm just not in the mood to be your friend'.
