Congressional Priorities: A Whimsical Perspective

The image shows two panels of Patrick Star from SpongeBob SquarePants. In the top panel, he wears glasses and a lab coat, looking stressed while holding a test tube over a beaker. In the bottom panel, he wears a hat made of wood and is hammering a nail into a wooden plank. The text overlays describe Congress finding ways to fund Israel & the genocide of Palestinians in the top panel, and fixing water infrastructure & removing lead contamination in the bottom panel. The meme contrasts the perceived prioritization of funding for these two issues.
