The meme juxtaposes two panels: the top shows ancient Greek soldiers from the Sacred Band of Thebes, with a man handing a javelin to a woman who responds 'y-yes daddy :3'. The bottom panel shows modern NATO troops, with a soldier handing a rocket launcher to a female soldier who responds 'y-yes, daddy :3'. Both panels use identical dialogue and pose, highlighting the absurdity of modern military dynamics by comparing them to ancient Greek historical context.
