Meet Lucas Hatton: The Man Behind the Meme

A bald man in a black t-shirt and shorts is bent over, gripping a large, grey, rectangular weight plate labeled 'KG' on a gym floor. The plate is positioned near a black weightlifting platform marked '9'. In the background, another man in a yellow shirt watches. White text overlaid on the image reads '170 Pound Thor's Hammer' with a white arrow pointing to the weight plate. The gym has weight racks and a digital timer visible.
