A black-and-white photo shows a young man in an orange prison jumpsuit being escorted by multiple police officers, some in tactical gear. The image is overlaid with the text 'I don't know this album but it looks like it fuckin' slaps' at the top and a 'Parental Advisory Explicit Content' sticker in the bottom right corner. The visual juxtaposes a serious, grim scene with the casual, slangy praise for an album cover, implying the album's content is so shocking or intense it deserves the explicit label.
