July 4th: The Spectacular Balloon Launch
A comic strip shows a boy named Calvin floating upward on a red balloon, initially happy, then increasingly panicked as he ascends, encountering ducks, a jet, and eventually popping the balloon. He then uses a transmogrifier to turn himself into a light particle to return home, only to realize he accidentally turned into a safe. The final panel shows him at dinner, explaining his adventure to his parents. The overlaid text in the first panel reads: 'this probably just goes to show something, but i sure don't know what.'
