Celebrating Bloom County This Thanksgiving!

A four-panel comic strip shows a family at a Thanksgiving dinner, praying over a turkey. The prayer begins with gratitude for the turkey, then describes it as a lively, intelligent, affectionate creature. The prayer continues with the family acknowledging the turkey is dead and they are about to eat it, asking God to give respects to its family. The final panel shows a man in a chair clicking a remote control, with the word 'AMEN!' above his head. The text is overlaid on the comic panels.
