Oh Wow, Is That Really James Avery?

A man in a black cap and green jacket bends over a manhole cover on a sidewalk, looking down intently. A cartoon image of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' villain Shredder is superimposed in the foreground, with the word 'TURTLES!' in green text over his chest. The man's posture suggests he is looking at something on the ground, possibly the manhole cover, while the Shredder graphic implies he has spotted something related to turtles.
