The Mysterious Placerman of Placer TV

A person in a furry mascot costume with a large black beard and wide eyes stands in an aisle of a pharmacy or convenience store, holding a small bottle to their mouth as if drinking from it. They wear a red and black plaid shirt and dark pants, and give a thumbs-up with their other hand. The store shelves are stocked with various products, and a large red sign above reads 'description'.
