Jimmy Carter's Legacy Lives On: His Head Will Never Fade!

A cartoon police officer in a blue uniform holds a knife above a glass display case containing preserved heads of U.S. presidents including Grover Cleveland, Bill Clinton, and William Taft. Below the case, a large sack labeled 'PRESIDENT CHOW' sits on a metal cart. The officer appears to be about to slice the sack open. Other preserved heads of presidents like Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush are visible in adjacent cases on the shelf.
