It's-a Me, Luigi! The Iconic Introduction
The image is a meme featuring Mario from the Super Mario franchise, depicted in a bar setting wearing a green jacket and white gloves, leaning on a counter with a cheerful expression. In the background, a man in a blue suit and tie is slumped over on the floor, appearing unconscious or passed out. The top of the image displays the PlayStation 5 logo and the text 'ASSASSIN'S CREED HEALTHCARE' in a font mimicking the Assassin's Creed game series title. The joke stems from the absurd and humorous juxtaposition of Mario, a character associated with video games and adventure, being presented as a healthcare provider in a parody of the Assassin's Creed franchise, while a man is lying unconscious nearby, implying a failed or chaotic medical scenario.
