What on Earth is Happening in America?

A six-panel cartoon depicts a baby with a long red leash walking away from its mother and toward a TV showing Donald Trump, then returning to the operating table where the mother is now a patient. The panels show a surgeon operating on a patient, a mother walking with a baby on a leash, the baby looking sad, the baby watching Donald Trump on TV, the baby walking away from the window, and the surgeon holding the baby while the mother is now a patient. The artist's signature 'JOAN CORNELLA' is visible at the bottom right.
