Wait... is this crossing the line into cultural appropriation?

A cartoon image shows a purple-haired mermaid-like unicorn with a horn hugging a blue pony with rainbow hair. The purple-haired character says 'Let's make some caviar.' while the blue pony responds 'Lots and lots of caviar.' Both characters have exaggerated, suggestive expressions. In the background, multiple other mermaid-like ponies with various hair colors and expressions float in a blue underwater scene with bubbles. The art style is colorful and anime-inspired.
