Card game excitement: phew that was intense!

The meme uses a three-panel image from 'The Office' showing Jim Halpert performing CPR on a mannequin while Pam Beesly watches and later tells him to 'Call it.' The top panel has text 'First day at the gym be like:' and Jim says 'I can't keep doing this forever.' Pam replies 'It's been 20 seconds.' and Jim says 'Call it.' The joke is that the person is exaggerating how quickly they get tired during a new workout, comparing it to the absurdly short duration of Jim's CPR attempt.
