Gabital 29: The Future of Tariff-Free Wages

A comic strip featuring two green-skinned, elf-like workers in orange overalls discussing their finances and workplace dynamics. One panel shows a flowchart of earnings and costs, including 'gross earnings 100', 'materials 8', 'rent 25', 'Gabi's salary 13', and 'Falke's salary 13'. The characters argue about how their current wages are tied to their effort and decision-making, contrasting it with a past employer who paid them regardless of performance and later fired half the staff. The comic ends with one character confidently asserting that their increased responsibilities and input directly translate to higher earnings. The title at the bottom reads '29: TARIFF-FREE WAGES'.
