Celebrating Groundhog Day vibes

A man in a black uniform and cap holds a red panda over a wooden railing while holding a black umbrella, surrounded by tourists also holding umbrellas in a misty, forested area. The man has a surprised or startled expression, and the red panda is clinging to his arm. The tourists behind him are looking on, some holding phones, in a wet, overcast environment with green hills in the background.
