The image is split into two panels. The left shows a brick building with both the Belgian and Dutch flags flying, and a white crosswalk pattern on the pavement leading to the door. The right panel shows a paved road with a white line marking the border, painted with the Dutch flag and the letters 'NL' on one side, and the Belgian flag and the letters 'BE' on the other. The overlaid text humorously claims the border is so convoluted that a couple in bed could be in different countries.
