It's the Candy Man!
A scientist in a lab coat and goggles uses a pipette to extract a glowing purple liquid from a beaker, then transfers it into a red candy bar wrapper labeled 'CANDY'. He excitedly offers the candy to his children, but accidentally spills the purple liquid on it. The kids react with shock and horror as they discover the candy is now a giant, gooey, purple mess.
