A Genuine Slip-Up

A four-panel comic shows a doctor telling a patient their 'I.E.D. is in place' while holding a small device, which the patient corrects to 'I.U.D.'. The doctor panics as the patient starts to say 'Doctor-', and the final panel shows a cartoon explosion with 'KA-BOOM' written across it.
