Exploring SCP-1169: The Mystery of Lamarck's Giraffe

A dark, cracked background features the SCP Foundation logo with overlaid text reading 'SCP-1169: Lamarck's Giraffe'. To the right, a glass jar contains preserved, pale giraffe-like specimens. The image humorously references a fictional SCP item that satirizes Lamarck's discredited theory of inheritance of acquired characteristics by depicting giraffes with long necks preserved as if they evolved through use and inheritance.
