A Deeper Dive into Hypocrisy
A screenshot of a Twitter thread shows a user named .xX SJV Xx. posting a tweet that claims Donald Trump will be president on January 20th and anyone who tries to stop him is an insurrectionist who should be imprisoned. The tweet is followed by replies, including one from Jane Case sarcastically asking if the poster means 'your trumpity dump'. The thread ends with a repost of a meme image of the animated character Baby Boss, who is a bald baby wearing a tiny suit and tie with a pacifier in his mouth, looking sternly at the viewer. The meme is used to satirize the tweet's extreme and authoritarian stance.
