I'm Exhausted from These Ridiculous Mickey Mouse Games

A four-panel meme using Gru from Despicable Me. Each panel shows Gru with a different expression while holding a sign. The first panel says 'Management publishes the work schedule for January.' The second says 'You make plans for the month based on that schedule.' The third and fourth panels are identical, showing Gru looking defeated and holding a sign that reads 'Management changes the entire work schedule 2 weeks later.'
