Cruising Down Main Street, Feeling Relaxed and Cool

The image is a two-panel comic. The left panel shows a cheerful teacher in a blue dress with volcano patterns announcing a field trip to a pig farm. The right panel shows the same teacher, now with her face blurred, being escorted by a police officer under a 'BREAKING NEWS' headline about her arrest for 'oinking at cops during police station field trip'. The quote at the bottom reads 'All cops are bastards! - Frizzle, 43'.
