Who's that mysterious figure?

A blurry, low-resolution still shows a small, white, lumpy object with a brown band around its middle, mounted on a blue stick against a plain beige wall. A decorative white chain with circular links hangs vertically on the right side of the frame. The text 'god my humor is trash' is overlaid at the top in white letters. A red watermark 'AaaBorgo' is visible in the bottom right corner.
