Step-by-step guide to drawing Heffer Wolfe from 'Rocko's Modern Life'
A hand-drawn sketch shows a step-by-step guide to drawing the cartoon character Heffer, starting with a hot dog, then a Pringles can, then a hamburger, and finally the full character. The text labels each stage and ends with the artist's signature. The joke is that Heffer's body is literally drawn as a food item, specifically a hamburger, which is ironic since he's a cow.
