The moment you receive those ominous texts

A screenshot of a phone's text messaging app shows a racist text message claiming the recipient has been selected to pick cotton on 11/12/24 in honor of Donald Trump's 2024 election win. Below the message, a reply is being typed, expressing frustration that people think this is funny. The image is viewed on a computer screen with a browser interface visible, and the title 'Racist Incident and Students Concern' is at the top. The sender is unknown and the message is flagged as 'Report Junk'.
